Hoot sits on my desk now and the little graduation cap is stitched on so securely I don't worry about it coming loose. The 12-inch size is perfect for hugging while I read, and the squish holds its shape instead of flattening out.
Bought this as a gift for my friend who just finished her master's, and she actually teared up. The little bio tag on the bottom is a cute touch, and the cap stayed put through a whole day of hugs. It's ridiculously soft, way squishier than the plushies I've had before.
The graduation cap is sewn on solidly, not just dangling, and Hoot's bio tag gave me a genuine laugh. At 12 inches he's perfect for hugging on a red-eye flight, and the fabric is soft enough to actually fall asleep on.
